In our era, when preservation of the environment is an important issue, our mission is to offer an affordable ecological choice.

.A plantation, a forest

Plantation Arbre de Vie is a place for those who want to experience mourning differently by offering loved ones a place of reminiscence, of tranquility and serenity of the forest.

We offer an ecological and natural alternative for the disposal of biodegradable botanical urns.

You can also  choose to  dedicate a tree to the memory of a loved one.
This tree can be planted or chosen within the forest.

It can be dedicated to one person or to several persons of the same family.

The plantation is located away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Two streams babble while crossing the grounds near the paths that criss-cross the land.

Animals can be seen in the forest during the day and the starry skies opens up to eternity in the evening.

40 acres provide a relaxing atmosphere and a natural environment for you and your accompanying guests.

We love and respect nature.
The beauty of wild sites always attracted us. As soon as we set foot in a forest, we feel a peaceful energy that renews and regenerates.
Reflecting on our end of life, we realized that we want to be in a quiet and natural place, near streams, land, and animals.
We love the idea of helping a tree grow, to help the world breathe and give back to the earth a little of what we took from it during our life.

We visited several lots. The one we chose sends good vibes and offers an atmosphere of well-being the minute you arrive.
Our Sites

The land is divided into several sections: the Lilacs bushes where the aroma will add to the charm; Yellow Birch Hill, our emblematic tree, which suffers in our towns from an upsurge in urban birch borer; Pine Woods for those who aim for the skies; Brook shores, coveted sites in respect with nature, where cedars will grow to the gushing of the zigzagging stream; Conifer Alley, a more isolated place for those who love solitude.

Located in the town of  L'Ascension in the Laurentians, a hilly and peaceful land, close to Mont-Tremblant and the Rivière-Rouge river. Easy access, 2 hours from Montreal, we are just minutes from the highway.

Each site will respect nature while giving you the option of personalizing it with a souvenir plaque. It will be possible to install commemorative plaques on wooden supports between trees or on the trunk of the chosen tree. In order to respect the harmony of the place, all these plates are made of wood and approved by us.

If the deceased requested it or if his relatives so wish, ashes may also be dispersed in the forest or at the foot of the tree.
These places of contemplation are also places of life, to help us have a more serene look at death, we accept that it is part of life.

The distinction between a cemetery and Plantation Arbre de Vie is very important. The first involves a total end while the plantation gives back to life through the flourishing tree, nourished from the ashes of a beloved person. When people come to pay homage to the people they love, they will see this continuity in the cycles of life.

The Urn

Designed from biodegradable material, the botanical urn dissolves in the soil, slowly releasing the ashes it contains, which mix with the soil and where the roots draw the nutrients necessary for their growth. The botanical urn will become a tree in memory of the cherished person.
